Passionate and purposeful, Isabella Acker is a recognized industry visionary in today’s cultural and music landscape. As Creative Director of Prism, Acker cultivates culturally infused communities through curated, authentic experiences within local and global emerging music, art, film and fitness.Prism seamlessly connects community and content via co-branded marketing initiatives, engaging programming, and artist collaborations. Its impressive client roster includes acts like artist-to-watch Cris Cab, a breakout singer-songwriter who’s collaborated with industry influencers Pharrell Williams and Wyclef Jean.
Prior to launching Prism, Isabella’s established expertise garnered her several reputable music marketing and branding positions with a reach of both regional and national markets.Most recently, Isabella oversaw local marketing initiatives as Marketing Director of Live Nation Florida Clubs & Theaters including The Fillmore Miami Beach, Revolution Live, The Ritz, and Jannus Live. She developed hundreds of unique, comprehensive marketing and promotional campaigns for Live Nation concerts that repeatedly fueled sold-out concerts and successful brand and partnership opportunities for acts including Lana Del Rey, Dave Chapelle, Modest Mouse, Bastille, Vampire Weekend, Arctic Monkeys, Disclosure, Alabama Shakes, Jack White, and Tori Amos. During Acker’s tenure, The Fillmore Miami Beach was awarded Miami New Times Best Rock Venue 2014. In 2011, Acker co-founded the Black Key Group, an avant-garde music marketing company that combines artist branding and event planning to launch breaking acts across the U.S. and Canada. BKG successfully advanced the careers of Raquel Sofia, Jacob Jeffries, Suenalo and continues to program local artists for music initiatives. Isabella has also co-founded philanthropic endeavors such Pop-Up Piano Miami, a public art installation for a cause during Miami Beach Art Basel. A fundraising collaboration of art, music, charity, and community by distributing hand-painted pianos through the streets of Miami and donated to music schools around the city. Today, Acker continues to contribute to the Group as a consultant. A music marketing maven in one of the fastest-growing markets for emerging artists, culture and musical acts in the country, Isabella pioneers unprecedented progress in Miami and beyond.
Knowledgeable and eloquent, Pola is our resident Director of Storytelling where she ensures every project connects to its vision through the written and experienced word. From a simple tagline to a well-drawn manifesto, Bunster’s flare for writing gives life to the persona of every brand, every event.
In order to be seamlessly developed, an idea must first be drawn out or, in this case, written. That’s where her Creative English education steps in to give life to an otherwise inanimate thought. Her words have been published in The Miami Herald, Huffington Post, several music blogs, and have called Prism’s own blog home.
Born and bred in Miami to a creative and encouraging family, Pola has always kept the city’s overflowing culture at heart. With a dual degree in English and Theater from The University of Miami, constructing local stories and then watching them unfold has always been at the root of what fascinates her.
With her stories, she has taken central roles in both writing and the theatrical arts at several Miami Institutions including Fairchild Tropical Botanical Garden and New World School of the Arts as an actor, Area Stage Theater and The Ring Theater as a props master, and the Museum of Contemporary Art in North Miami as the Editor of their MOCAzine at the age of 16. At Prism, she blends her background in event design with Thierry’s Catering, theater production, and copywriting at Macias Creative with a serious passion for all things music — turning visualized ideas into real life happenings.
As her subject matter began to shift towards music and cultural development, Bunster became the Editor of The Black Key Group’s blog and eventually found her pen at Prism. Over the years she has sat down with Flight Facilities, Wild Belle, Il Volo, Afrobeta, Beats Antique, and several key member’s of Florida’s rising Jam Band scene and has also been the Creative Director of live video coverage for Heineken TransAtlantic Festival and Sony Music Latin. Her goal is to dig deeper into the world of music and production through candid interviews, insightful series, and unveiled secrets that will keep Miami, and you, ahead of the game.
Talia Ladki is a half Colombian half Lebanese creative aficionado. With a knack for words and music, she instantly knew writing was her calling. A self identified “music geek,” Talia obsesses over new releases and old classics to share with the world and finding the best acai bowls in Miami. By day, she works at Deepsleep Studio as their social (media) butterfly and copywriter, collaboratively crafting brand identities for leaders in the hospitality industry and beyond. By night, she can be found wherever the airwaves lead her.
Born and raised in Miami, Riane survives on two cafecitos a day and lives to support girlbosses everywhere. She’s currently studying Journalism at Miami-Dade Honors College and finds comfort and inspiration in the words, sounds, colors, and images of a great film (anything from Scorcese to Star wars). Riane is our in-house go-getter with a future (almost) as bright as her smile.
Puerto Rican born and creative since birth, Naty is our resident Social Media guru. She’s worked with brands like J Crew, YesJulz, and Jugo Fresh, creating fun content along the way. After studying Fashion Merchandising at AI, she spent a two-year stint in NYC where she assisted in production at The 88. She has an eye for photography and is currently jamming to Little Dragon, Jamie XX, Majid Jordan, and Kanye West.
